Description :The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a non-exclusive Long Term Agreement (LTA) with the top three contractors for a period of three years, to carry out the task of annually revising the Global AIDS Monitoring platform in advance of the next Global AIDS Monitoring reporting round, and ensuring appropriate maintenance of the platform.
UNAIDS intends to grant a Long Term Agreement (LTA) to the top 3 qualified contractors for 2-3 years
The Global AIDS Monitoring (GAM) online reporting tool is the platform through which countries submit data to UNAIDS annually on a set of quantitative indicators and policy questions related to the AIDS epidemic and response, as defined in the GAM guidelines. The online reporting tool requires updates each year to align with any updates in the GAM guidelines, as well as regular maintenance and improvements based on feedback from previous reporting rounds.
Based on prior years’ experience of updating the platform, the items are listed as the essential changes required annually in the AIDS reporting tool. The phases/actions are expected to be carried out by the contractor, using the listed phases and priorities as per below timeline and sequence. The contractor is expected to
• outline the profiles of experts they offer for each phase, and
• the expected level of effort of each (anticipated number of days or hours);
• list any methodological/technical issues or which can influence the work and should be considered.
