The Provincial Collective Agreement is comprised of provincially negotiated language, as well as 60 individual local school district collective agreements.
The current Provincial Collective Agreement between the BC Public School Employers’ Association and the BC Teachers’ Federation is for the term July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025:
The Provincial Collective Agreement includes Letter of Understanding No. 1 Re: Designation of Provincial and Local Matters, which sets out the matters that are Provincial Matters and the matters that are Local Matters. It is included in the attachment above.
