Welcome to HomefinderRCT, this site will allow you to register for housing and view all of the Housing Association properties that are available to rent in Rhondda Cynon Taf by just completing one on line application form. Properties that are available for rent will be advertised each week and you will be able to bid for these properties once your application has been accepted onto the HomefinderRCT register.
Did you know that in Rhondda Cynon Taf there are almost 5,000 households currently registered with HomefinderRCT and on average we allocate 1100 properties per year? This means that we are not able to offer a home to most people who apply for housing through the HomefinderRCT waiting list and those that are offered housing are likely to have waited a long time to be rehoused.
Unfortunately demand for properties, particularly one bedroom accommodation, significantly outstrips our supply. Due to the shortage of social housing in Rhondda Cynon Taf the waiting list is very long and you may not be offered a housing association property. Even people in urgent housing need may have to wait a long time before they are allocated a property.
